During the Holiday season, children of divorced families are oftentimes placed in the middle of an uncomfortable conflict. The conflict entails which parent they will be spending the holiday with, or which part thereof. It is important that an Agreement is made between the Parties to provide for a final and definitive schedule, so less conflict can ensue to the benefit of the children.
