Martin E. Friedlander is the founding partner of Martin Friedlander, PC. Martin E. Friedlander graduated from Brooklyn Law School. He received his B.S. Summa Cum Laude from Touro College.

Martin E. Friedlander, Esq. is an attorney who has been practicing matrimonial law for over twenty years. He specializes in complex matrimonial and high net worth matters. Mr. Friedlander started his law career by interning and later becoming the associate to Jeffrey S. Sunshine, Esq. who is now the Administrative Judge for Matrimonial matters in Kings County. In 2008 Martin Friedlander founded his own firm, a boutique matrimonial firm in New York City, which is currently located in Midtown Manhattan. Martin Friedlander has appeared in all Supreme and Family Courts in New York City and has argued before the Appellate Division before the First, Second and Third Department.  Mr. Friedlander has litigated cases involving the Hague Convention. He also specializes in Arbitration and Mediation and has extensive knowledge on all issues relating to a Get.

Mr. Friedlander has also been a CLE provider for Lawline and the National Academy of Continuing Education and has moderated CLE's for the Brooklyn Bar Association and New York County Lawyers Association. Mr. Friedlander has organized and conducted CLE segments and lectured for attorneys at the Tahel Conference, an organization for abused women and children dealing with domestic violence and abuse. 

He was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Bar Association and is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section, AFCC and Brooklyn Bar Association.
